Hello dear. The title says it all. YES you do need to read them. I realise it is a boring business, but it’s for the best honest xP Make sure to understand everything and NOT break any rules or the admins will be forced to take action.

REPORTING FOR DUTY

• Proboards are strictly 13+, therefore, we will not accept anyone below that age.



• If you create an account, you are committing yourself to fill in a profile. Lurkers are not permitted.



• A character application must be posted within 2 weeks of joining the board, otherwise the account will be deleted. If you require an exception to this rule, please speak to an admin.



• Once a profile has been submitted and approved activity is very important; especially when you apply for a canon character.



• If you need to leave for a period of time, post in the appropriate category or inform a staff member.



• Your account name must be your characters name.



• You must have an OOC account that is your OOC name that you will be known as.

Applying

• Post the application on your OOC account you can create the actual account before or after submitting the application.


• The application needs to be filled out with care. Refrain from using abbreviations or text-talk.



• If you do not use the provided code the application will NOT be reviewed. However, you will be reminded to go over it and fix as necessary



• Once the application has been submitted, you are welcome to begin threading, though keep in mind if something needs to be fixed then you will need to fix it.



• The allowed species are horses and centaurs. Unicorns and pegasus are counted as horses


• Any coat colors are allowed. Mutations are allowed to a degree. See the application for more details.


• The horses here are not normal everyday horses, they can think for their own and they can plot against someone. While they may not realize the consequences is another matter.

Character

• Gary Stus and Mary Sues. No one likes them and if you don't know what they are Google them.



• No one is perfect, therefore perfect characters are not allowed. Your character may have good qualities, but that doesn't mean they never make mistakes. Make sure there's that something that sets your character apart from the rest.



• Pregnancies, suicides and deaths happen. If you become pregnant don't expect the father to stick around if he doesn't want to.



• Face Claims... do not use unknown face claims or site models. If you're desperate to use one of them, then you'd better have a pretty damn good application. Face claims of children under 13years are strictly prohibited.

Roleplaying

• All levels of experience are accepted, as long as the person in question can post at least one decent paragraph.



• One line posters are NOT tolerated.



• Always reply in third person, keep in mind you're not writing your own diary. And NO slang language such as IM chat words or acronyms.



• When you're character is speaking use quotation marks (" "), and for thoughts use Italic.



• Godmodding is FORBIDDEN



• OOCs should be AVOIDED in roleplay.



• Creativity and originality are encouraged, especially when it comes to coding which makes posts look more attractive.

Rating

• This board is strictly rated PG 13, for the benefit of our younger members



• Threads bordering from U to PG 13 will be moved to a designated board by the STAFF. Said board is password protected. Please keep in mind that the mentioned board is still strictly PG 13.



• Mature content is FORBIDDEN. Violence, drug-use and cursing should be kept at a minimum. Sex should be limited and give a vague idea of what is happening. Any threads in question will be locked and moved off the main board.

Anything else

• You are allowed to have as many characters [both canons & originals] as you like, as long as you keep the whole lot active and on seperate accounts.



• Before creating another character, your first character must have 20 IC posts.



• Always respect the staff and other members.



• If you're having a bad day, my advice is to keep clear off the board. We don't want or need unnecessary fights. This is a place to have fun.



• Please refrain from discussing Religion, Politics and Sexual Orientation on the board. We understand and acknowledge that everyone is entitled to their opinion, however, sometimes silence is golden.



• We would also appreciate if you don't spend your whole time on the IC and OOC c-boxes, keep in mind that you are here to roleplay and it's not nice to keep others waiting for a long time 'want not waste not' (to be used in app).
