She had been soaring for about an hour or so before she quickly descended from her five hundred foot altitude. The woman could fly higher but the lower she was the less energy she seemed to have to use to stay up. This was her theory though. Legs unfolded themselves loosely and landed on the ground; clumsily falling into a gallop before she slid to a halt. Breathing heavily the creature carefully folded her rather large wings and brushed herself off. The dead dried bugs on her face, arms, neck - basically across the front part of her body.
Sighing she took a few steps and flipped her hair idly trying to get it back in the shape she wanted. The strip of clothe around and over her chest was adjusted, not that she was well endowed but she did need to keep some of her dignity. She was more muscle than fat there anyway; but a handful could be grabbed. Snorting the feathers ruffled a bit on her wings as she tried composing herself. Landings in an unusual place made her nervous. There were or are things bigger than her but so far the only that seemed to be were her brothers and a few other males.
Mother of course was about her size but most seemed to be smaller - even if just slightly. A few more careful steps were taken and she found that the ground beneath her was sand that much could obviously be seen but she didn't particularly like the grainy gritty soil. Still she kept stepping and looking around. Taking in this strange place; who knew that the beach would find her once again. Tail flicked and swished idly as she tried getting her bearings. Flecked eyes found this place rather..alright. Though judging by the foot prints there were others here. The dirt that marked the border between sand and dirt had a few prints in it.
Of course she bent down to look at these and touch them. They were old but were that of a horse or something horse like. very small - ever so small. She stood up and brushed off the knee that had touched ground. She didn't particularly like being dirty - or at least covered in sand. For comparison she stamped her own foot next to the track. Finding it at least twice or three times smaller than her own. Why, she could even put her own print over top and the smaller track could still be made out clearly. Hopefully this was a female's track but she could not tell. Well they were leading toward something, so why not follow them? She was too exhausted to follow from the air and they would be easier to see on the ground anyway. So her legs in motion the girl began the trek toward what looked like a mountain.

She was not sure where the beast had gone today but she had woken up without much fuss; getting on with her day. Her leg was healing quite nicely and no longer did she walk with a limp, in fact she was walking quite nicely. Once again though her trip to get her belongs was postponed. It was not that big of a deal to the girl - anymore at least. Sighing Nadia pushed the hair out of her eyes looking up outward from camp. She had only just returned with whatever fruit and other edible plants she could find. Not much but she had brought back what she could carry in a sack. Though she was not sure where to put it.
What she had found might not even last them for a day; since someone was always eating his fair share of food. What a piggy - well he could not help his appetite. She really shouldn't speak of large appetites as at times she did have one. Yawning she stretched and stood up; leaving the sack near the fire pit and the reedwork she was doing. Women were to weave clothes and baskets right? One of the few things she knew how to do that was considered 'womans work'. Though finding suitable reeds or whatever they were was a bit difficult, but at least she was doing something..productive..
Looking out toward the beach she saw something dark and large off in the distance. Well there was only really one thing that she knew of that was large and had dark coloring - Cato; though the object was too far to actually get a good look at it. Well she could just stand here and wait or she could just continue making her basket shaped thing. The girl wasn't sure if it could be called a basket but it would hold things - when it was done. What a silly thought of course it was a basket! Might as well get this over with, brushing herself off the girl moved slowly down the path and toward the being she assumed was Cato.
She could greet him could she not? They both lived here and - well there was no sense in her walking out almost a half mile just to greet him. So the girl stayed back and occupied herself by - well there wasn't much else to do but to finish her basket or eat. The morning had been spent gathering bits of wood. It was the least she could do; combing the beach for drift wood. Though if he wanted more suitable wood he could chop and split the trees.
That was obviously 'mans work' since it seemed things were getting a bit technical lately. Women stayed home cooked, cleaned, raised babies and got pregnant; among other things. Men well they did anything required force and well force. Hunting, fishing, making babies, protection. Though Nadia could fish she just..chose not to. Sighing the girl had laid down and continued to work on her basket waiting for what she assumed was her lover to return.

Sighing she continued trodding onward paying no real attention to what was in front of her but more so around and behind her. The female was taking in everything, from how long this beach was to the smell of the salty air to the treeline way in the distance.
There was nothing about this that seemed out of the ordinary; such a boring little place. There seemed to be no game here to hunt; not that she was an avid hunter but the hunt was something she rather enjoyed. Snorting she picked up the pace a bit to a rather brisk walk. She didn't like moving fast if she could help it. This pace was still much slower than flying though.
Looking forward she found what looked to be a girl up near what seemed to be a camp. Well she was not that far away. Perhaps several hundred feet. Well it would seem that a man was dwelling here. That scrawny thing could not have built all this - well it was possible but unlikely. Well the girl seemed small; sighing she halted and side stepped a bit.
Damn lower half seemed to have a mind of its own at times. Her wings ruffled a bit as she pondered what to do next. Surely a male wouldn't mind another female around but Adina wasn't exactly looking for a relationship, plus if this woman was smell the man had to be as well. If he was bigger than herself; well she might consider it but pity the girl. No the man had to be smaller.
Still she looked around for whatever or whoever was in charge here; this girl was obviously not. Snorting she pawed at the ground once or twice before taking more steps to close the gap, though was still quite a space. She spoke loudly "Hello." her voice was perhaps an octave or two lower than most women but still feminine. She could not help it either way. Of course she could always take to the air and do an aerial search, but that was tiresome. She smiled slightly; might as well be polite.

This was very boring. Weaving was just so boring. Sighing she set the thing next to her. She really couldn't get what he had said out of her head. Sure they had somewhat made up? Maybe she was not sure. Obviously she couldn't travel injured as it would only get infected and not be good. She startled a bit as a voice rang out and it was not Cato's. Her gaze looked up and she found a rather large - okay very large female at least fifty feet away from her.
"Hello." she tried to say it loud and proud but it came out meek and soft. Damn it. She did not need to look so small and weak in front of another woman. It was bad enough Cato had poked fun at her size and her seemingly fragility. She was not weak; just not as strong as a large manly giant was. That the girl hoped she could outrun if needed. Sighing softly she stood up and brushed herself off.
She was covering herself up a bit more lately it seemed. So the red locks were over her chest halfheartedly. "I'm Nadia." She swayed back and forth a bit; unsure of what else to say. Well if he was looking for something bigger and better this woman seemed bigger and better. The girl could leave now and let them find each other; she felt as if he had already dismissed her - again - and was already moving in on this strange woman. Cato didn't even know this woman existed yet! The thought was thrown out as ludicrous as well; who wouldn't want to be with either woman?
"Can I help you in some way?" She had stopped moving toward the female as she only got bigger the closer she got! Just how big did some of these things grow? She looked massive. Yes, Cato would most likely much prefer this woman than dainty delicate looking skin made out of paper Nadia. They had lots in common; such as they were massive and...well they were massive. Surely she could bear the weight of the beast easily and have sex for countless hours like she assumed he wanted. Could also deal better with the pregnancy, birth and labor of such a large baby. She sighed a bit and looked down at the ground and then her healing wound to give herself something to do and to make it seem as if Nadia was worried about her injury. Rather than something else that might not - hopefully - happen.
The girl actually felt insecure about another woman; for once in her life. This, this was not good; not good at all.
